Orders
When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at mirascorner.store@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Please contact us at mirascorner.store@gmail.com and we will help you check the status of your shipment.
Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or if you simply do not like the item.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at mirascorner.store@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement.
Books in Gift Boxes
What if I already own the book included in my box?
If you already have the same book, please email us within 7 days of delivery at mirascorner.store@gmail.com.
Include a list of books you already own, and we will send a different one. If no list is provided, the replacement will be chosen at random. One replacement per order.
